By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any activities at Feria de Abril in Texas
(the “Event”) held in Magnolia, Texas, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
Attendance and participation in the Event are entirely voluntary. You understand and agree that
participation involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness,
property damage, or loss that may occur during the Event.
By entering the Event premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your
participation and attendance, whether known or unknown, and agree that the Organizers shall not
be held liable for any resulting injury, damage, or loss.

2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold
harmless Feria de Abril in Texas, its organizers, staff, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and venue
owners (collectively, “the Organizers”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of
action arising from:
 Personal injury, death, or illness (including but not limited to slips, falls, or other
accidents).
 Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

 Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages occurring before, during, or after the
Event.
This release applies whether such damages result from negligence or otherwise, except in cases
of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined under Texas law.

3. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the Event.
The Organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including but not
limited to bags, electronics, or vehicles parked at or near the Event venue.

4. Vendors and Third-Party Products
Products or services offered by vendors, exhibitors, or third parties during the Event are the
sole responsibility of those sellers.
Feria de Abril in Texas does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality,
safety, or legality of any goods or services sold by vendors.
Any purchase, transaction, or interaction between attendees and vendors is strictly between those
parties.

5. Compliance with Rules and Conduct
All attendees must comply with Event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from Event staff.
The Organizers reserve the right to remove any person who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or
unlawful behavior, without refund.

6. Medical Emergencies
In case of an accident or medical emergency, attendees authorize Event staff or emergency
personnel to seek medical assistance if necessary.
You understand that you are solely responsible for any resulting medical costs or treatment
expenses.

7. Governing Law

This Disclaimer and Waiver shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas, USA.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the courts
of Montgomery County, Texas.

8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event premises, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer and Liability Waiver.
You also confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if
under 18.
